§ 2 Conclusion of contract
(1) The language available for the conclusion of the contract is exclusively German.
(2) The essential characteristics of the services offered by us as well as the period of validity of limited-term offers can be found in the individual product descriptions as part of our Internet offer.
(3) The presentation of our services does not constitute a binding offer on our part. Only the order by you is a binding offer according to § 145 BGB. When you place an order, we will send you an e-mail confirming the receipt of your order and listing its details (order confirmation). This order confirmation does not represent an acceptance of your offer, but is only intended to inform you that your order has been received by us. In case of acceptance of this offer, we will send you an order confirmation by e-mail. The contract is only concluded with this order confirmation by us.
(4) To submit your binding order, please enter the required data on the order page and select the type of documents you require.
